Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an ancient healing art. It can provide deep relaxation and stress reduction through the energy centers in our body. When we are deeply relaxed, our body has the ability to heal itself on many levels: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual.
Clients usually report feeling deep relaxation after a Reiki session. Warmth, tingling, sleepiness, refreshment and the easing of symptoms are also common responses to treatment.
